Aged Newspaper
1. Start by finding the picture or layout (or whatever) you want to add borders to. I'll be using this:
2. Now, go to Effects >> Artistic Effects >> Aged Newspaper.
3. A new window will appear. Change the settings, and you're actually done. Here's my result:
