Adding Borders
1. Start by finding the picture or layout (or whatever) you want to add borders to. I'll be using this:
2. Now, go to Image >> Add Borders.
3. A small window will appear. Change the setting to what color you want and how wide you want your borders to be. Make sure you use Pixels.
4. Press OK and you're done. Here's my final result:
