Making a Link Effect

Example

1. Start by making an image. I have chosen to make an animated image, which looks like this:

It is made by me, but just take it if you want to ;)

2. Now, copy this code.

3. Where it says Picture URL, you have to paste in the image URL.

4. And that is actually it! :-)
