Fixed Backgrounds

A fixed background is a background which doesn't move when you scroll down. It just stands there.

1. Copy this code.

2. Replace where it says COLOR HERE, URL HERE with whatever you want to. Also remember to pick one of the background-positions, the other ones you may just take away.
