Blinking Border
1. Start by finding or making a button base you like, then you add your website-name on it. Here's the button I'm going to use:
2. Dublicate the button once, by pressing the Dublicate Button which looks like this: 
3. Select the Fill tool, which looks like this: 
. Now, fill the border in F:2 D:20 with another color than the first border has.
4. Save your button and you're done;
